Next weekend I’m doing some training for the Institute of Administrative Management. I’ve been asked to do some stuff on communications so today I spent a bit of time preparing my material. I hate leaving things until the last minute. One of the exercises is taken from my NLP training. I call it “mind-reading for beginners” and I had forgotten how much I enjoy it. I can hardly wait until Saturday. I shall report next weekend on how it goes. I’ll also be writing some more about customer service using an example of really poor service from a major company.
